Tiger's Eye Hoop EarringsThese Tiger's Eye Hoop Earrings are lightweight, casual, and secure. They will add a warm golden glow to your lobes, ready for every adventure! Size: about 7 8" in total length. These natural tiger's eye gemstones are a warm brown with golden caramel swirls. They have a lovely satin like sheen in the light! They are set on my version of a "hoop" ear wire that latches in the back. Hand formed with 20 gauge solid sterling silver OR 14k gold fill wire.

WHAT IS GOLD FILLED?
14kt gold filled is a layer of solid 14kt gold (gold alloy) bonded to a jeweler's brass core.
Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating - Gold-filled jewelry has 100x more gold alloy than gold plated and because that layer is so much thicker, it means gold-filled jewelry lasts longer and stands up to wear and tear better than gold plated.
