Directions and dosage: 

Scoop provided = 1 serving = 46 g
Add 1 level scoop of CarboFuel Energy per 500 ml water, and stir or shake well. Drink 500-600 ml each hour during intense exercise.

Do not exceed the recommended level of intake. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied diet.
