Rube Waddel, and Jack Scott, football player George Gipp, plus boxers John L, Sullivan, Stanley
Ketchel , Jem Mace and Tom Molineaux.
The three series also can boast some exceptional artwork by Bob Powell, Manny Stallman, Leonard
Starr, Bernie Krigstein, Bob Jenny and Charles Raab. Regardless of what title the series went by, the
Hillman sports comics were well crafted and very entertaining.
