At Newport 1960 is a live album by Muddy Waters performed at Newport Jazz Festival in Newport, Rhode Island, with his backing band, consisting of Otis Spann (piano, vocals), Pat Hare (guitar), James Cotton (harmonica), Andrew Stevens (bass) and Francis Clay (drums), on July 3. Waters' performances across Europe in the 1950s and at Newport helped popularize blues to broader audience, especially to whites. The album is often said to be one of the first blues live albums. The album was released in the US on November 15 that year, featuring eight songs, from "I Got My Brand On You" to "Goodbye Newport Blues". In 2001, record label Chess released a remastered version, which includes three bonus tracks recorded in Chicago in June. Although At Newport 1960 never charted, it received critical acclaim and was influential for future bands. It was ranked on several music lists, including at number 348 on Rolling Stones "The 500 Greatest Albums of all Time" in 2003. The album cover depicts Muddy Waters at the Newport Jazz Festival holding a semi-acoustic guitar. When photographer Burt Goldblatt asked Waters to pose for the cover he left his Fender Telecaster, which he played during the concert, on the stage and instead took friend John Lee Hooker's semi-acoustic guitar. The gig was scheduled on July 3, Sunday afternoon. The day before, performances by Ray Charles and singing group Lambert, Hendricks and Ross were met with crowd rushes. About 300 drunken hipsters made an uproar during Charles' performance caused by poor police security. The policemen attacked with teargas and water hoses. The riots became so out of control that the National Guard was called in at midnight to calm the crowd. When Waters and his band arrived on the scheduled day, they intended to drive back on the next day, until driver James Cotton saw John Lee Hooker standing at a corner, his guitar on his back without a guitar case. Cotton said Hooker should get into his car to get the musicians out of harm's way. At the same time, the city council decided to cancel the concert, but concert promoter George Wein convinced them when he said that the United States Information Agency (USIA) planned to film the festival to teach American culture in other countries.

Good fitting support !

Just what the man needed. Very good contoured support. No jostling. Not a loose potato sack after an hour of wearing this. Highly recommended. Compare? Hanes, for example. Even the Jockey brand. Put those on, they're tight fitting, seemingly supportive. But they're not. They aren't contoured to fit. That's the whole idea. Contoured, to fit. And stay fitted. The trunk type, just like this wirarpa, and in half an hour it's loose loose loose fitting. A potato sack. No support. No support at all. That's not what a trunk brief is supposed to do. It's supposed to support, give comfort and confidence, stay in place feeling. Assuredness. And this wirarpa Mens Trunk does the job ! Wash and wear and wash and wear. Stays in shape, never gets stretched out and loose, for the fit.

Very Hard to Review. (But he gave it a 5????)

This is more of a personal opinion I didn't wanna insult the vendor by rating it anything other than a five or four. Qualities is excellent. It's a very comfortable. It looks nice. The waist and height ratio is accurate and very good for the money value wise you get a decent amount of high-quality underwear. The best part is that it holds his shape and very comfortable.
I'll keep the simple I rated a five because it's high-quality material very good construction and I've used this namebrand in the past before but for their cotton so I know they build very quality products. However, the material for me is overly too soft. This isn't necessarily a bad thing its the type of material (I've had the same type in shirts). This is more personal.
When you're wearing the same material it's not noticeable because they blend in feeling wise the same.: however, this material type I've had in a T-shirt before. Very smooth very comfortable feels elegant but it becomes very noticeable on the skin that it's not the same material as the other clothing. Jeans/cotton etc
let's say you're wearing cotton shorts. It stands out almost like a different layer of clothing, which I don't like the feeling of not being able to blend in with the rest of the clothing. This isn't me strictly being picking anybody who's ever worn different type of materials, there's a double feeling to it that some people may find annoying. Of course, if everything you're wearing is the same type of material bamboo type it would blend in better. But for me, it just stood out too much being used on cotton or say board shorts. It feels like something you would use with the same material/silk or for sleeping, but even then it becomes noticeable with cotton sleep shorts.
I didn't return mine. I kept it, but I'm no longer using it.

My search is over

Every few years I have to conduct an underwear search because my existing pairs are failing and the same make/model is no longer available. This year I tried several options until I found these. They are a good length, stopping at the upper thigh. They are comfortable and the elastic is tight enough to stay in place but not cut off my circulation.
