The Mouse TGFBetaI (Transforming Growth Factor Beta Induced) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse TGFBetaI. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse TGFBetaI and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse TGFBetaI, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse TGFBetaI. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse TGFBetaI in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

The quality is better than expected for the price. Seat cushion is firm but not overly hard, wheels roll nicely, piston goes up and down smoothly, and assembly is quick and easy. The one major caveat is that it's quite small. If the user is going to be maybe 5'4 or less, it'll work (this was for a child, so it turned out great). But even on a 5'6 user, the seat is rather shallow (front to back) and the armrests are so low that your elbows won't reach unless you have freakishly long arms. If you're after a cheap office chair for brief adult use, or for kids, this is perfect. I don't know how they turn a profit given that it's a fully functional office chair, shipped from China to your doorstep, for only $30. However, if you're of average height or bigger, it's probably going to be too small for you.
