Suggested use:
Mix 1 serving (3 g = 1 scoop = ½ tablespoon) of product with 300 ml of liquid of your choice. On workout days, consume 1 serving after training. On non-workout days, consume 1 serving before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended serving for consumption per day.
