- (2) 33,000 BTU cast-iron star/sauté burners with standing pilots and removable grates—perfect for stock-pots and saucepans.
- (2) 45,000 BTU standard bake ovens with battery spark ignition, 175-550 °F thermostats and porcelain interiors for easy clean-up. One rack per cavity included.
- Total input: 236,000 BTU (Natural or LP). Factory pressure regulator & front-mounted gas shut-off simplify installation and service.
- 22½" stainless flue riser with heavy-duty staging shelf keeps pans and plating garnishes within reach.
