This 3" diameter into dual 2.25" exhaust system is specifically tuned for the 2.0L engine of the MK7.5 Jetta GLI. The S-Type sound level delivers an improved exhaust note and a sporty sound that is fitting for Volkswagen's turbocharged sedan with no drone inside the vehicle. Single 5" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip on each tail pipe provide the finishing touch to the system. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. A system with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips is also available. Includes a 2.6" Outside Diameter (O.D.) x 3" O.D. x 7.38" long adapter to connect to the Original Equipment (O.E.) system. If connecting to a 3" down pipe, the adapter is not used. BORLA Cat-Back & Axle-Back exhaust systems feature patented straight-through and multi-core technology to unleash hidden horsepower. Increased exhaust velocity adds power, driving excitement, fuel economy, and the distinctive BORLA Sound of Power respected by motoring enthusiasts everywhere. T-304 stainless steel construction provides additional durability over the stock exhaust. The color worked perfectly with my bathroom vanity and mirror trim, and the floating design instantly made the room look more organized and intentional. Huge upgrade for a small space.
