Sốt muối kim chi Hàn Quốc vị cay dịu O'Food là loại sốt muối kimchi được làm bằng công thức pha trộn giữa nhiều nguyên liệu thông qua chọn lọc kĩ như bột ớt, hành tây, tỏi, nước mắm cá, ớt, gừng,..mang đến đủ mùi vị chua, cay, mặn, nồng cần có cho món kim chi.

Với sản phẩm này, bạn chỉ cần trộn đều sốt lên rau củ sau khi sơ chế sạch rồi để bên ngoài nhiệt độ phòng khoảng gần 2 ngày rồi cho vào tủ lạnh là có thể làm món banchan ăn kèm mỗi ngày.

Gói sốt dùng được cho khoảng 1kg nguyên liệu tươi và có thể dùng làm được nhiều loại kimchi khác nhau như kimchi cải thảo, kimchi củ cải, kimchi dưa chuột, kimchi hành lá,...Sản phẩm không chứa chất phụ gia, đảm bảo an toàn vệ sinh nên bạn hoàn toàn có thể yên tâm khi dùng.

Thành phần: Đường, tỏi, hành tây, đường mạch nha maltodextrin, gừng, bột ớt kiểu Hàn Quốc, nước mắm (cá, muối), muối 3.5%, chất điều vị (INS 621, INS 627, INS 631), chất làm dày (INS 1422, INS 415), chất điều chỉnh độ acid (INS 260), chất bảo quản (INS 202, INS 211), chiết xuất ớt, màu tự nhiên (INS 160c (i)), hương nước mắm tổng hợp.

Hướng dẫn sử dụng:

  + Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu

  • Sốt muối kim chi Hàn Quốc cay dịu (1 gói 180g)
  • Cải thảo 1 cây (~900g)
  • 1 củ cà rốt 100g, 1 củ cải 100g, nạo sợi
  • Hành lá, hành hẹ (nếu có) 7-10 cây cắt khúc 3-5cm
  • Muối hạt to 70-75g
  • Hộp bảo quản (thủy tinh hoặc hộp nhựa thực phẩm)

 + Sơ chế nguyên liệu

  • Chẻ cây cải theo chiều dọc thành 2 hoặc 4 phần bằng nhau để dễ cho vào lọ bảo quản và khi ăn cũng thuận tiện hơn.
  • Rửa sạch cải thảo, để ráo, cho muối đã chuẩn bị rắc vào từng lớp lá. Để khoảng 2,5~3 tiếng cho đến khi cải mềm dẻo (có thể gập vào mà không bị nứt gãy là được)
  • Tiếp đó xả sạch với nước 3-4 lần cho đỡ mặn, xếp cải vào rổ cho ráo nước.

 + Trộn kim chi

  • Cho phần củ cải trắng, cà rốt, hành lá đã chuẩn bị vào trộn đều với gói sốt kim chi
  • Quết đều hỗn hợp sốt lên từng lá cải thảo. Xếp vào hộp bảo quản, đậy kín nắp.
  • Để kim chi ở nhiệt độ phòng khoảng 30~36 tiếng tùy thuộc vào thời tiết. Sau đó, cho kim chi vào tủ lạnh và sử dụng dần.

I spent hours trying to find a sunscreen that was “reef safe” since I was going to be spending a lot of time near corals and this was the best one I found. It doesn’t have any of the 3 ‘O’ ingredients that are known to damage reefs. And the zinc is non nano as well. Sunscreen goes on easily. One of the better mineral sunscreens I’ve tried, this one actually smooths out like lotion and feels hydrating. Only leaves a slight pinkish hue, but that is inevitable with mineral sunscreens (that’s literally how they work in reflecting the sun). I could feel it on even in the ocean so I get protected, but still reapplied almost every 2 hours. No burns! I didn’t use it on my face but my partner did and it never stung his eyes nor caused any breakouts!

Stick format is thick and difficult to rub in moderate climates

I wanted to like it because the small stick format seemed very convenient to keep in my bag for emergency sunscreen reapplication with no chance of leaks. But I think I have learned my lesson about stick sunscreen - in order to hold together in a stick, it has to have a thick and chalky consistency. Which makes it hard to apply and hard to rub in. It's so thick that if I rub the stick over my entire face it feels like I'm applying way too much with a super heavy white cast, and if I dab here and there and try to spread it around, it's so thick it doesn't feel like it spreads into good coverage. The scent is fine. Update: I have found a specific use case for this - in extreme UV conditions like the equatorial tropics in midsummer, it's a good base layer under a more liquid mineral sunscreen, to add extra protection to the most exposed skin, like tops of shoulders, chest, nose and top of forehead. The thickness makes it protect better. It also softens a little and rubs in better in hot temps.
