提到「白木久」BLACK LAVEL就會想到黒麹。黒麹通常是用來釀造燒酎，黑麹當然是黑色的。而日本清酒的麹通常使用黄麹，很少會使用黒麹。「白木久のBLACK LABEL」只是酒母使用黒麹。整個釀造清酒的過程中除了酒母，其餘(三段仕込み)釀造過程和平常一般使用黃麹。酵母是用帶芳香系列，有草莓的酸甜香氣為特徵。味道清爽。擁有黒麹長處加上酵母的特徵。大家不妨可以試試！

白杉酒造位於京都府丹後地區，是生產越光米的地區之一，品質非常優秀更在西日本中最受歡迎。
「很想運用這麼優質的稻米來做美酒！」就是這樣第11代傳人白杉悟先生，開始利用食用米來釀造清酒。
通常釀造清酒會使用「酒造好適米」，但在2015年開始改變全面利用食用米來釀造清酒。
使用食用米釀造日本清酒是非常罕見的，不但要通過特殊的發酵方法，更使用燒酎用的麹菌來釀製，
通常日本酒只使用一種類型的酵母，他們卻使用三種不同類型的酵母來釀製，經過多次反複試驗，開發新派的日本清酒。

“Gorgeous Color and Great Fit”

I absolutely love these Sam Edelman Bay sandals in Atlantic-/Tide-blue. The 9 M fit me perfectly — true to size and very comfortable right out of the box. The leather is soft but sturdy, and the slide design makes it super easy to throw on for errands, brunch, or just relaxing around town.
