2020 repress. Recorded on a low budget in early 1968 by students in Oberlin, Ohio and originally released in a run of only 300 copies, Ant Trip Ceremony's only album, 24 Hours, remains very of it's time, typifying the zeitgeist of a late 1960s America abundant with the music of an inspired generation. The presence of a "Hey Joe" cover and the album's current status as a reissue beg for it to be interpreted through the lens of Lenny Kaye's influential 1972 compilation of proto-punk, Nuggets, and 24 Hours fits predictably into that mold. The band's version of the standard lies somewhere between The Leaves' frenetic original and Jimi Hendrix's laid-back, downtempo interpretation with the album's 11 other tracks accordingly straddling the line between raucous garage rock and gauzy psychedelia.

Comes with a fabric covered ball
Style: 14" Length Sport Launcher
Disappointed in this. I have the large size and expected a smaller version of the rubber ball. Instead this came with a ball covered in fabric. The dogs I bought it for won't play with the ball. Maybe it is my fault for not reading more closely but why would Chuck-It even sell something so cheap and poorly made. Dogs can easily rip the fabric off the rubber (which is in two pieces). Very strangely made. Now I have buy a ball to use it.

Launches!!!
Style: 14" Length Sport Launcher
Please note that this launcher is for a smaller sized chuckit - it came as a package deal with an order of small fuzzy chuckits and it works GREAT. Recommend using in dry weather since the water sprays when wet (or just be better at throwing than us!)

waste of money, useless
Style: 14" Length Sport Launcher
Tiny size and matching ball that it slings right in front of you. When it says small dogs it must mean the size of a rat. This is nearly useless. One star for durability since it's plastic.

Durable
Honestly I didn't think this ball would last but 2 years later and only one battery change later and it is going strong. This ball has given me so much more time to play with my dog since I can throw the ball at night on short winter days I can't recommend it enough. I can throw the ball at night and my dog can find it in the dark. Add a collar LED and it's a funny light show of one light intercepting another.
