Here we have a beautiful Prasiolite, green quartz necklace. Prasiolite is sometimes known as green amethyst. Raw slices of a prasiolite geode have been strung between aquamarine, pyrite and haematite using coated steel wire for strength, and the necklace is secured by a handmade sterling silver clasp. The necklace feels pleasingly substantial without weighing down the neck and warms to body temperature very quickly.

Prasiolite is from Brazil, cut by hand by a UK craftsman and left with a matte textured finish. As it's unpolished, you can bring it back to full colour and contrast with occasional light oiling with mineral oil (wiping away the excess with a soft cloth) if it begins to look dull or slightly “chalky”.

Camilla makes all of her silver jewellery by hand in her studio in Kent, UK.  A great deal of Camilla West’s jewellery collection is in stock and can be dispatched quickly, so you will receive it in a few days. If made to order, please allow 14 days for your jewellery to be ready for shipping. If the piece needs hallmarking, this will increase processing time to up to 21 working days. Pieces can often be fast-tracked to arrive in time for your special date, but there may be an extra charge due to express hallmarking costs.
