Born from their gratitude towards the environment in the rural village of Ryuou in Shiga Prefecture, this organic junmai ginjo uses only Yamadanishiki rice grown by their contracted farmers in pesticide free fields. "No agricultural chemicals or synthetic fertilisers" is easy to say, but only possible with the long hours and painstaking effort that our contract farmers put

This sake has been made with the traditional Kimoto style. This gives it extra flavors that come out when you drink it warm.
