2016 release from the Stockholm-based band. Factory Brains has - in spite of their young age – already played over 100 concerts that have taken the band from the youth recreation centers, via blues festivals in small city Ängelsberg, to Stockholm for a gig with Graveyard, on to Gotheburg for an evening with Daniel Norgren and finally on tour as supporting act to Rival Sons - a Rival Sons who specifically requested the band as supporting act. Factory Brains was founded in 2010 and created a reputation of being one of Sweden´s most interesting rock bands. For three 17 year old guys - who thought they´d signed off on guaranteed fame and success – being dropped from a major label could have been the beginning of the end for the band. But instead of being disheartened the band called Janne Hansson and booked a session in Atlantis Studios to be able to start working on their second album Hard Labor. In order to perfect the recording with something a little extra they brought in Martin Hederos (TSOOL) and Henrik Wind to play keyboards and Chips Kiesbye (The Hellacopters, Michael Monroe, Millencollin) was called to produce all vocals. After finishing the recording the task of mixing a mastering was assigned to - in that regard a somewhat odd choice - Jens Borggren (Opeth/Paradise Lost). Choosing Jens to complete this task is something the band definitely don´t regret which the audience will be aware of when listening through Hard Labor.

They refunded the amount. We just had to send it to them 2 times before they did.
We bought a printer and it was having issues from the beginning. We thought at first it had to do with the WIFI, so we didn't say anything, but then more things were going wrong. I talked to the manufacturer, who said it needed to be replaced but we had to go through Asurion. Asurion "fixed" it and sent it back but we had our doubts. Sure enough, it was within the same month we were sending it in again.
This time they just gave us an amazon gift card for the entire amount we had paid. Thankful for the warranty. They ultimately did the right thing, I just wish we could have gotten it done faster.

Asurion worked as intended.
After three years, my monitor failed. Asurion paid to send it to a repair center. I didn't save the box the monitor came in, and paid $23 to have it packaged up. They kept me informed of the various steps, such as en route, arrived, testing, and repair started. They discovered it could not economically be repaired and refunded my purchase price. The entire process from me telling them it was broken until the refund took 5 days. I am well satisfied with the service.

Excellent, prompt, zero hassle protection
I purchased a nice 3D printer for my grandson. He was thrilled and he and his dad used it frequently. The printer developed a serious problem but, thankfully, I had also purchased a three-year protection plan with Asurion. We shipped the printer to Asurion via UPS since they readily agreed to repair it or refund the purchase price. After only a few days, Asurion emailed me that the printer was not repairable. They sent me a link that enabled me to send the full purchase price to my Amazon account. I used it to purchase another printer. I am happy and my grandson is thrilled! I should add that the extended protection did not cover sales tax, nor did it cover shipping cost.
