We will tackle a mix of total body barefoot on your Mat with a combination of light weights, deep core and bands Wednesdays 7 7: 40a Pump Some Iron Wear Shoes! A mix of heavier weights and total body strengthening with pops of cardio for endurance. Program Runs August 17th October 21st. If you want to add unlimited classes to Shape It Up Upgrade
