Extra Points is the unforgettable, motivating journey of Coach Howard, a man who understands life and what it means to overcome life's obstacles. Coach Howard presents his story in a memoir that will take you through the wins and losses of his extraordinary, unpredictable life from the time he was a young teenager.

Let's face it, growing up in today's world is challenging, but growing up as a minority with big dreams is filled with even more adversities. Coach Howard's Book, "Extra Points: The Life of My Story" takes us deep into the events of Coach Howard's life to witness how he handled some of the issues facing young, black men today. From racism during his early days at University of Pittsburgh to losing a $15 million fortune, we follow him through life's ups and downs. We read about his struggles with loved ones and his battles with depression. In the end, we learn how he handled each roller coaster in his life and how it all made him the successful man he is today.

Along with telling his life's story, Coach Howard also aims to motivate young men to keep moving forward and stay positive with some practical advice he calls, "Extra Points." These "Extra Points" are included to provide the reader an extra boost of motivation to reach success. Coach Howard's goal for "Extra Points" is to reach young men where they are in life and encourage them to get to where they want to be.

Extra Points: The Life of My Story will intrigue, inspire, and give hope to anyone who has a dream for their life and refuses to give up.

Great value and super convenient for everyday use!
Size: 300 Count
exactly what I needed for busy days and quick cleanups. They’re sturdy enough for everyday meals like sandwiches, snacks, and even lighter hot foods without getting soggy or falling apart. I love the convenience of having such a large pack on hand — it lasts a long time and is perfect for families, parties, or meal prep days. The size is just right for most meals, and they stack easily for storage. For the price and quantity, it’s a great deal and saves so much time on dishwashing. Definitely a household staple I keep restocking!

Great retinol face moisturizer
Palmers always makes a great product in my opinion. This one's no different. It's a retinol that doesn't irritate my skin. I use a moisturizer below and on top. It absorbs quickly but doesn't sit on the skin. It's helped with my fine lines quicker than other products I've used and the price point is unmatched. Great product, not a strong scent, will continue to use.

Very Good
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have been using this product for 2 days and can see a difference in the appearance of my skin. 40+ this does help with fine lines. I can already see my smile lines appearing less noticeable. A little goes a long way. You don't need to use a lot, or it will look like clown makeup, and you will have to work it in, but it is not a big deal. Also, if you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't buy a product clearly listed as extra strength. It will work as an extra strength product.
