You think youÕre truly living, but youÕre likely just merely existing. The solution: Living Mindfulness!

For some people, ÒmindfulnessÓ is a trigger word. Understandable. When first introduced to mindfulness, it seemed to be just another marketing gimmick to get people engaged in the spiritual world of yogis, gurus, and other human beings floating through life on a seemingly endless cloud of joy and happiness. Traveling the misleading path of the pursuit of happiness focused only on positive emotions while disregarding all other feelings. Definitely not an authentic and honest way of living. Seeking Inspiration, Not Happiness became the TED(x) talk that helped turn the corner (no really, look it up).

Eventually, diving deep into the soul-searching silence of reclusiveness during the COVID-19 pandemic led to an acknowledgment that mindfulness, if done creatively and imaginatively, could lead to fulfillment. The revelation of ignorance led to the desire to intentionally improve awareness about what mindfulness could do for everyone. Adopting an artful and transformative practice elevated daily conversations (with self and others) and inspired an elevated existence beyond merely existing (as one predictably does when they behave without intentionality as the precedent to action). This pivotal moment rewarded infinite wisdom worthy of celebrating.

Aesculus The Buckeye Mala¨ Living Mindfulness Journal is the selfless sharing of this reward. If youÕre reading this, it seems you were destined to receive the wisdom, so feel free to thank us later!

Meaningful moments to integrate mindfulness into daily living are omnipresent. ItÕs not complicated and requires nothing more than living intentionally, accountably, and exceptionally. Yes, itÕs a journal and yes, effort is encouraged. But the journey to living versus existing begins here. See you along the way!

An immature take on Peter Parker only suitable for the most immature reader
Format: Kindle
Someday, Marvel Comics won't be controlled by white male Boomers/GenXers who make Peter Pan look well adjusted and who incessantly try to recapture a childhood that never actually existed while believing women have cooties and adult relationships are icky. But until then, we get Amazing Spider-Man by Joe Kelly, whose writing is the living embodiment of the Steve Buscemi "How do you do, my fellow kids" meme. This run is boring, trite and cliched. You could probably get a more insightful and original story by asking ChatGPT to write one for you. The only thing going for the run - so far - is that Kelly at least isn't outright aggressively antagonizing the reader unlike the previous writer. It's just...bland and mediocre.

Fantasy
Format: Kindle
It was basically two stories in one book. One was about Logan's encounter with Flower Cartel. He was sent on a mission to find out who was or were stealing Kratoan flowers. He didn't catch whodunit. But I am sure that he will find out some more about Flower Cartel later on ... Two was about vampires up to no good when it concerned mutants. When Omega Red came in on the island looking badly injured, it was reported to Logan. He thought that Omega Red was up to something and decided to investigate. He found vampires and their "master" but he still didn't know what they were up to. However, he did have some idea what Omega Red did. It ended with him not knowing of a bargain Omega Red made with the master. I am sure that Logan will find out what they are planning for him and his friends later on ...

Wolverines and Holy Knights
Format: Kindle
Fun and great artwork. It has been awhile though so the X-Men timeline confuses me. Anyways I'm a Wolverine fanboy so I liked it.
