Erwitt, Elliott: - Elliott Erwitt, who was born in Paris in 1928 to Russian parents, came to the U.S. in the late 1930s. After establishing himself as a magazine photographer over the next decade and a half, he joined the renowned Magnum photo agency in 1953.
