Extreme Durability: The "Blowtorch" Solution

The most critical engineering feature of the EVP Maverick R system is the downpipe construction. The area directly behind the turbocharger is where exhaust gases are at their hottest and most destructive.

• Cast Stainless Elbow: EVP utilizes a Schedule 10 cast stainless steel elbow at the turbo connection.

• Failure Prevention: While most manufacturers use thin 16-gauge low-grade stainless that can eventually be "blowtorched" or cracked by extreme heat, the EVP cast elbow is designed to withstand these temperatures indefinitely.

• Premium Materials: TIG-welded from thick-walled 304 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and strength.

• Serviceability: Features quick-connect muffler clamps and V-band downpipe clamps, making the system easy to install and fast to remove for engine maintenance or turbo access.
