- Wayanaden’s Navara Rice is sourced from Black glumed Navara, which is priced high in Ayurveda. Organic Navara is used as a nutritional rice.
- Navara rice cultivated in the higher ranges like Wayanad has more properties than the one harvest from other parts of Kerala.
- Navara Rice has its origin in Kerala. Wayanaden’s organic Njavara Rice is hand picked from the farmers of Wayanad, Kerala. It is an unpolished rice which is believed to be loaded with health benefits and has an important place in Ayurveda. Navara is a Sastika rice /Shashti Sali (Sastika means the paddy which matures in 60 days) variety of Kerala.
- Karkkidakakanji / Marunnukanji (Navara gruel): During the monsoon season in Kerala, Navara is included in the diet to help develop immunity.
- Healthy food for babies: Navara palkanji/ Navara Milk Porridge : Paalkanji is an easily digestible and used as a health food for older people and also fed to children. Navara rice has high levels of fiber. Navara rice powder recipe given below.
- Navara Rice is rich in antioxidants and has two or three times as much zinc and iron than white rice. Polished rice does not have many nutritional benefits. You can reduce the carbohydrates in your diet by replacing white rice (carb rich) with Navara rice which is protein rich.
- To keep Organic Navara rice fresh for an extended time, store it in the refrigerator, as it is all-natural and unprocessed Organic Navara raw rice.

Not using these syrups in coffee or drinks, just on muffins, breadsticks and ice cream. Here are the individual reviews from best to worst:
-Caramel: almost perfect creamy pure caramel taste. Only flaw is I wish it were thicker. 9/10.
-Dark Chocolate: has that classic slightly bittersweet dark countenance. You can almost taste a pleasant burnt cocoa bean flavor. Only flaw is that it is a bit too thick. 8/10.
-Chocolate Caramel: not a perfect 50/50 blend, tastes more like a 70/30 blend in favor of caramel. Consistency is perfect, just the right thickness. 7/10.
-White Chocolate: doesn't taste like WC whatsoever. It tastes like sickly sweet birthday cake icing in liquid form. Worst of all it is runny with no thcikness. 4/10.

am seriously impressed with the Torani Puremade Dessert & Drink Sauce Variety Pack—this is a total game changer for at-home coffee and desserts.
