1) 효능,효과

1. 만 20세 이상 만 65세 이하의 성인에 있어서 눈썹주름근(Corrugator muscle) 그리고/또는 눈살근(procerus muscle) 활동과 관련된 중등증 내지 중증의 심한 미간주름의 일시적 개선 2. 근육강직: 만 19세 이상 성인의 뇌졸중과 관련된 상지 국소 근육 경직의 치료

2) 용법,용량

1. 미간주름 멸균 생리식염수(0.9% 염화나트륨)로 100U/2.5mL (4U/0.1mL)이 되도록 희석한다. 30게이지 주사바늘을 사용하여 각 눈썹주름근(corrugator muscle)의 두 곳과 눈살근(procerus muscle)의 한 곳 총 5개 부위에 0.1 mL씩 주사하여 총 20U을 주사한다. 눈꺼풀처짐의 합병증을 줄이기 위해 특히 큰 눈썹 억제근을 가진 환자에서는 눈꺼풀 올림근(levator palpebrae superioris) 근처의 주사는 피한다. 안쪽 눈썹주름근과 눈썹중앙에 주사할 때는 눈주변 위모서리로부터 최소 1cm 떨어진 곳에 주사하여야 한다.
