Built for high-volume kitchens, this roll-in blast chiller/shock freezer combines rapid pull-down performance with programmable cycles and HACCP-ready data transfer.

- 1,650 lb blast chill/freeze capacity for demanding batch production.
- Rapidly chills cooked food from 194°F to 37°F in about 90 minutes or to 0°F in about 4 hours on average.
- Programmable touch pad controls include 4 standard cycles, 51 chef-designed cycles, favorites, and custom cycle recording.
- Wi-Fi or USB connectivity supports HACCP record keeping, while the multi-sensor probe and automatic SANIGEN system help maintain process control and cleanliness.
