He made an immediate impact in Pittsburgh, rushing for 1,431 yards and 11 touchdowns during his first season with the team. Bettis would go on to play 10 seasons with the Steelers, and by the end of his time there, he was second in team history in rushing yards with more than 10,000. He made four Pro Bowls while in Pittsburgh and helped lead the team to a Super Bowl XL victory against the Seattle Seahawks at the end of his final season in 2005. His 13,662 career rushing yards rank as the eighth-most in NFL history, and his stellar career was honored with his Pro Football Hall of Fame induction in 2015.
