This collection honors the people and land of 1948 Palestine with a dinner plate hand carved with a traditional Tatreez motif of a mountain from the Galilee, painted in five underglazes and coated with a transparent food safe glaze. The colour palette is painted in five underglazes: olive green, peach, orange, brown, and kiwi green, reflecting the natural tones of the region—olive trees, fertile soil, sun-warmed stone, and the vibrant greens of the hills.

Handbuilt using speckled stoneware clay and finished with three layers of transparent, food-safe glaze.  Fired to 1260°C, making it strong, durable, and fully vitrified. It is food safe, non-porous, and suitable for everyday use.
