    Tickets can be picked up at the McMillan Arts Centre. To collect your tickets, simply present your order confirmation to the McMillan Arts Centre in downtown Parksville for pick-up, or present your order confirmation to the Box Office tent at the Parksville Beer Festival.  We recommend picking up tickets in advance to prevent line-ups at the event.

    PARKSVILLE BEER FESTIVAL – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    All ticket sales are final.
    The Parksville Beer Festival is a 19+ outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine.
    Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Weather conditions
    • Illness or personal scheduling conflicts
    • Travel or ferry delays
    • Vendor or performer changes
    • Being refused entry due to lack of valid 19+ ID or signs of intoxication

      If the event is postponed, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
      If the event is fully canceled by the organizer, The MAC will contact ticket holders with refund or credit options.

      Tickets may be transferred to another individual aged 19+ at your own discretion.  We do not reassign tickets to anyone other than the purchaser.
