Thanks to being made from the hardest material on Earth, these Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) nozzles deliver unmatched wear-resistance and versatility compared to all other options on the market.

They are composed of thousands of tiny diamond crystals with a proprietary binder that forms a matrix of crystals joined with diamond-to-diamond bonds.

Effortless Upgrade

These magnetic HotEnds couldn’t be easier to install. The heater and temperature wires are built into the tool head so all you need to do is unclip the existing HotEnd, slot in the new one and you’re good to go. No physical adjustment to the mount or part-cooling is required.

Please note:  Some filled materials contain particles that are close to, if not larger than, some of the smaller industry standard nozzle sizes, including up to 0.4mm. Attempting to print such materials through these nozzle sizes significantly increases the risk of a jam. Please check your filament manufacturer’s datasheet for recommended minimum nozzle orifice diameter to ensure that the nozzle/HotEnd you choose is suitable for your use case.

What is the maximum printing temperature of a DiamondBack Bambu Lab HotEnd?

These HotEnds are rated to 320°C.

Do I need to make any changes to the slicer profile after upgrading to a DiamondBack Bambu Lab HotEnd?

We recommend the standard slicer profiles in Bambu Studio as a starting point when printing with Diamondback HotEnds. However, it may be possible for print performance to be further improved by tuning for your specific filament.

Are these HotEnds compatible with the BambuLab H2 Series printers?

No, they are only compatible with the A1 and A1 Mini.

Can a DiamondBack nozzle print any filament?

Yes, the nozzle itself has the ability to print any material. However, please bear in mind that despite using the nozzle you will still be limited by the temperature restrictions of your printer.

What materials are the HotEnds made from?

The heatsink is aluminium, the heatbreak is titanium, the body of the hotside is nickel-plated copper and the nozzle tip is PCD.
