Background
Clec12a (also called myeloid inhibitory C-type lectin-like receptor, MICL) was originally described as an ITIM-containing inhibitory CLR expressed by human granulocytes and monocytes. It was suggested that Clec12a recognizes some endogenous ligands as soluble Clec12a could bind to single-cell suspensions isolated from various murine tissues. CLEC12A is a myeloid lineage antigen that is highly expressed by AML cells and LSCs, but not expressed by normal hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), thus minimizing off-target toxicity.

Perfect black patent leather heel

Definitely go up an entire size in these. I used to work at Steve Madden and can tell you with 100% confidence if you're ever buying one of their heels with a pointier toe, you need to go up an entire size or your foot is going to suffer. These are a perfect "high" stiletto, they're definitely not low and I wouldn't say they're a breeze to walk in unless you're used to heels. I will vouch for how comfortable they are though given the height and the shape - they're as comfortable as a heel like this could be for sure! If you have skinnier ankles, definitely recommend punching an extra hole in the strap.

toe strap is tewww tight

I love the look of these heels, they’re super classy, elegant, simple, and most importantly I chose these because of the small platform at the base of the heel for a less painful experience. The onlyyyyyy issue I have is that the toe strap is so close to the front and tight (as you can see)!! I got the correct size but wish I didn’t have to stretch them out (which is almost impossible because that leather is stiff). The shoe is not very bendable but I personally like it because the shoe is sturdy.

Poor Quality for the Cost !!! Dissatisfied
Disappointed Durability. I love these heels they are very comfortable looks good with just about any color outfit . However, my heart ripped in pieces after 3 months with limited wear they began to lift and fall apart . I’m very dissatisfied with the cost & poor quality slippers I received. I wish I could actually returned it but couldn’t due to the 30 days return policy.

Comfortable

These shoes are cute, and go with most everything. They are comfortable and can be work for while without having any issues. I was a bit worried they might rub blisters but have not had that problem with these. The heel and fit of them are perfect. And they are versatile. Worth the price.
