BLANKET PROCESSING TIME: Each item is custom & made to order. Turn around time January 1st through November 15th is 7-10 business days. From November 15th through December 31st, turn around time is 10-12 business days. SHIPPING INFO: All items are shipped via UPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. Once your package is received and scanned by UPS we no longer have control over the amount of time it takes to arrive at its final destination. All orders shipped have tracking numbers. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Refunds are not accepted at this time. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. (Excluding Rush Orders) Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your item. (Excluding customized items with names, dates, etc.)
