How it works: an electromagnetic field is generated by electric current at the base. This field repels and stabilizes the magnet integrated into the moon at exactly 2 cm height — without contact, without support. The moon can be gently rotated by hand and will continue to slowly spin on its own.
Levitation setup: bring the moon globe about 3-4 cm from the center of the base until you feel the magnetic repulsion force, then gently release. The globe automatically stabilizes at 2 cm. A slight rotation by hand allows the moon to slowly spin on itself — like the real satellite.

Lovely cover and very well-made. I’m not using it for a grill. I am using it for my beach cruiser bike. I love the fact that it’s reflective fabric on the inside. The inside has a thermal layer I didn’t expect. Even the Velcro tabs on the sides are thick! I feel like I really got my moneys worth! I just have a regular gas grill that gets little use. I noticed this year there was rust on it in spots, so I thought a cover would help prevent any more rusting. I think this will definitely help my rust situation, plus it looks neater with a cover.
