Suggested use:
Food: as a dietary supplement take 1/2 tp - 1tsp daily. You may mix amla powder, honey, lime juice, and water to make a refreshing drink. Amla powder can be sprinkled in fruits or can be added to fresh juices
Hair: 1) combine lemon juice and amla powder in a bowl and apply this mix on your scalp for 5 minutes. Keep for 10 minutes and then wash with a mild shampoo
2) in a bowl, add 2 tbsps of amla powder and shikakai powder. Keep adding water to make a smooth paste. Apply this hair mask all over your hair and scalp. Leave the mask on for 40 minutes and then shampoo.

Wonderful
Super comfy and easy on and off, yet stylish imo! I could walk miles in these as a 56 yo and have worn them for three years! I hope they never stop making them. The only tweek I would suggest is to cover the footbed with leather or suede not cloth so they would last longer!

SOO COMFORTABLE!

SOOO COMFORTABLE! I LOVE UGGS! That foot bed is SO SMOOTH! I can't tell you how many pairs of REAL Uggs I have, I actually STILL have my first pair from over 35 years ago, and no one can believe they're that old! I keep all of mine in excellent condition! So when I saw these "summer" sandals I absolutely had to order them! I put them on and didn't want to take them off! Of course they fit like a dream! I always wear a 9 in all of my Uggs, these might run a tiny bit bigger, BUT they are adjustable! If you don't have a wide foot, you might want to size down. My feet tend to swell in summer, so I'm staying with my 9's. Price was great on Amazon, and they're REAL Uggs! LOVE the color! highly recommend!
