In our busy lives we are bombarded by physical and emotional stressors that tax us and deplete our vital life energy—known as chi. According to traditional Chinese medicine, chi is the fuel and essence that connects body, mind, and spirit, and without it we fall apart physically, mentally, and spiritually. Master Liao explains why protecting our chi is so important, how it gets taxed and damaged in our lives, and—most importantly—how to restore it. He demonstrates exercises and meditations to be done on a daily basis that are easy-to-learn, low-impact, and suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Great Looking Shelf

I love this shelf! It took two people to hang it and you definitely want to ensure you hit a stud on at least one side or 1-2 screws if mounting between studs. It is heavy but a single person can lift it, just not maneuver easily due to its dimensions. It has a ton of room and fits mini helmets nicely in my office. Where I mounted it made it difficult to an extent to install but if you are even somewhat handy, you’ll be fine. You absolutely need a stud finder to hang this shelf. Sorry, I’m married! I would buy this shelf, or versions of it, again. Very practical and useful to display autographs, housewares or decor.
Last note: do not over tighten the poles. The wood is soft and the poles are light weight. They are not traditional black pipe and weigh far less.

I love these shelves and have bought additional for other areas in the house. I love the look of the industrial pipes, the color of the shelves is perfect, they are sturdy and hold a lot of weight. They are somewhat difficult to assemble, but it's expected as hanging shelves are never fun to hang. I love them. If you are on the fence, just do it :)

Nice, but a bear to install

Quality product that looks good on our shiplap wall of the wet bar space. The install was a real trip and extremely difficult. You definitely need 2 or more people to install as the direction tell you to put the entire item together, then hang on the wall. This makes it impossible to do yourself.
