The black JBL AWC129 is a single all-weather passive coaxial loudspeaker designed for high-output, full-range sound reinforcement in various indoor and outdoor applications such as sports facilities, stadiums, fairgrounds, cruise ships, and background music/paging systems.

Capable of up to 400W long-term power handling, it incorporates a 12" Kevlar-reinforced woofer and a 1" fluid-cooled high-frequency driver to produce a high maximum peak SPL of 128 dB and a wide frequency response of 55 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB). The coaxial speaker configuration yields a 90 by 90° dispersion pattern for consistent coverage.

The paintable ABS enclosure boasts an IP56 rating for effective weather resistance and a sturdy steel grille backed with open-cell foam for additional protection. An integrated multi-tap transformer—configurable via a rear-panel tap selector—allows operation in 70/100V systems or 8-ohm low-impedance setups. A color-matched U-bracket is included for ease of installation.

Features

  • Highly weather-resistant IP56 rating
  • Coaxial speaker design with 12" Kevlar-reinforced woofer and 1" fluid-cooled high-frequency compression driver

Outstanding Book
Format: Paperback
Great book, a classic that seems more timely now than ever! First read Dr Akbar’s book years ago and bought this updated edition to replace the copy someone borrowed & never returned (another sign of a good book when they don’t get returned). So glad to have this new copy to revisit the deep wisdom and insights Dr Akbar lays out. He explains the painful & persistent psychological & sociological chains of slavery clearly and irrefutably. This book is a must read for anyone who wants to better understand why it’s so hard to heal the terrible wounds of slavery — even today, even generations past physical shackles....

Quick & Informative Read
Format: Paperback
I only called it a “quick read” because when I get warped in a book, I lose track of time. This is one of those books. Quite an easy read. Recently Purchased the other books that were recommended with this one.

Format: Paperback
This book is a game changer in that it takes an in-depth look at the lingering and undeniable effects of slavery on the psyche of today's African Americans. It is thought provoking and thorough and a must read for those seeking to understand the why's of what's happening today in the lives of many African Americans and how it correlates to the savagery of slavery.
