Those interested in the emerging cinematic soul sound from Melbourne will be familiar with recent breakout releases such as Surprise Chef's All News Is Good News and Karate Boogaloo's Carn The Boogers and KB's Mixtapes.Under the surface of this scene sits the mysterious Pro-Teens, a studio project led by prolific Karate Boogaloo drummer Hudson Whitlock. Shrouded in anonymity, The Pro-Teens are made up of a collective of Melbourne instrumentalists, with interchangeable members coming from bands such as Karate Boogaloo and Surprise Chef, performing under synonyms.
Symbolically led by keyboardist ‘Snooch Dodd’, 'I Flip My Life Every Time I Fly' marries the soul/funk roots of sample culture with the principles of boom-bap hip hop. In this regard, the music can be likened equally to MF DOOM, El Michels Affair, Curtis Mayfield's film scores or the European library music of the 1970s.

Fantastic buy. Small and handy.

I bought this end table for a very small space. I also thought the USB and plug-in ports would be excellent as I have other end tables with that feature. I have a small USB-powered fan and USB desk lamp that I have plugged into the ports and they work fine. I LOVE this little table. The ports and plug-in are easy to reach, they might be more astectically pleaseing if they were rear mounted. The black plastic on the white table rather stands out so I wish they had white plastic, or again rear mounted. The drawer is very small but that is to be expected then the table is small as well. But it holds USB cords or a TV remote and whatever else that is small. The lower shelf could be used to display a plant or to set books on. I use it to hold my small trash can. The height is perfect for my accent chair or a normal-sized sofa. Overall I really do love this little table.
Pay attention to assembly. The instructions were not very clear and I put the rails on in the wrong direction which meant disassembling the entire front to flip them around. It was easy to do but took a bit of time. It is a sturdy piece and I would buy it again if I needed another small table.
