While we've been producing this honey for years we have been selling in bulk until this year where we decided to give something new a go. A local well known bakery has been using it for nearly a year and is always raving and winning awards for their Honey & Cinnamon Cookies, Honey Oat Bread and Hot Cross Buns using honey as a sugar replacement, so we thought why not test the public and see what people think. To date, response has been amazing and people are loving it. - A flavour that's here to stay!
Our Native Honey is packaged in a 350g sustainable glass jar and beautifully presented.
