Not ready to commit to a heftier beef share? No worries, our Beef Boxes are a great way to see what premium, ranch-raised beef is all about. The Cattleman Box has plenty of roasts and ground meat for easy weeknight dinners, but also a sampling of delicious steaks!

- 10% Steaks*: Ribeye, T-bone, Sirloin, NY Strip, Filet, Rib Steak and Flank Steak
- 40% Roasts and Specialty Cuts: Chuck Roasts, Brisket, Short Ribs, and Stew Meat
- 50% Premium Ground Beef: 85/15 Blend
- *Includes a number of the cuts listed above, depending on availability. Every animal is different.
