Each bag currently lasts from 30 to 60 minutes in a foam dumping machine. Simply dump one half pack into the 50 gal. (190L) barrel or 5gal/ 19L bucket and stir. You may get up to 120 gallons with 1 powder pack and a retail foam generator. The water quality changes so you need to experiment a little. The variation of 30 to 60 minutes means that in some situations you use less foam. With foam dumping machines you use less. One powder pack mixes with 30 to 60 to / 100-200L of water when using a fifty gallon barrel (190L) and a submersible water pump. With an in-line mixing device then mix one powder pack in 5 gal/ 19L of water. This 5gal/ 19L bucket lasts more than 37 minutes before it needs to be filled with more water and more powder foam. The in-line mixing device works when you have sufficient water pressure pushing the water through the hose. It stains as much as regular water stains. It’s as slippery as regular water is.
