Late '90s-era Florida hardcore outfit Morning Again released their only fulllength album As Tradition Dies Slowly in 1998. The band was originally started three years prior by former members of hardcore punk band CULTURE, John Wylie, Damien Moyal, and Louie Long. During the length of their existence, band members would rotate out and in with bands like CULTURE, OUTCAST, and BIRD OF ILL OMEN. As part of the vegan straight-edge movement, Morning Again incorporated melodies into their metallic hardcore sound. Often described as a hardcore version of SLAYER, As Tradition Dies Slowly is one of the heavier metalcore albums to come out at the time.

Poorly written, but possibly best of all the garbage available today.
Format: Paperback
E&E's (including torts) are of questionable value except as an introduction to ideas and terms. The actual examples and explanations are at times self-contradictory, especially regarding the certainty of the authors in how a court would rule. I would not recommend these books to anyone going to law school if there were something better available. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with anything better at this point. Read the whole first-year series before law school if you can't find a better series.

I don't understand the Hype.
Format: Paperback
Everyone seems to love Glannon but I found other E&Es to me much straightforward and easy to understand. Don't know what it is about Glannon's writing. Not terrible, just not conducive to me for whatever reason. Negligence sections were lacking.

Came used with dirty pages
Format: Paperback
The book clearly is not new, the pages are folded over and dirty with dirt. There is a sticky residue on the back cover of the book. Really gross.
