This is in good condition. The scarab beetle moves slightly in its mount but it is still securely attached with the claws keeping it attached. It has been cleaned and polished.

Soothing Post-Laser!! Ideal for Aging Skin ~
I just had my first CO2 Laser treatment and once you get past the required use of occlusives (Aquaphor, Doctor Rogers Healing Balm, Vaseline etc.), I was searching for something lighter that allowed my skin to breath yet soothed the dry, itching discomfort.
