Located on the golden stretch of Seppeltsfield Road in the heart of the Barossa Valley, Whistler was established in 1999 by the Pfeiffer family, the German "Pfeiffer" translating to "Whistler" in English. The 15 hectare vineyard operates entirely under organic and biodynamic practices with Josh Pfeiffer at the helm. Josh is the next generation of Whistler custodians having returned to the winery in 2013 after a five year winemaking stint at Henschke and a further two years at Two Hands.
