This substantial antique locket (circa 1900-1915) is designed in a "purse" motif with the clasp at the top and diamond set link chains for the "strap". The "strap" chain is drawn together at the center by a diamond set ring.

The front of the locket is embellished with an applied diamond element held in place by an anterior rivet. There are 40 rose cut diamonds ranging in diameter from 0.7 to 1.5mm and four old single cut diamonds with high crowns measuring 1.5mm in diameter. The total carat weigh is 0.35ct and the diamonds have VS2-SI2 clarity, H color.

The locket with the "strap" measures 2.4 inches from top to bottom by 1 inch wide. The piece is in excellent condition and weighs 22.3 grams.

We are providing the option to purchase the locket or without the 17.5 inch, platinum chain depicted in the photos. The chain has a weight of 7.55 grams.

Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.
