Elevate server and workgroup network performance with the HP Intel I350-T4 4-Port Gigabit Ethernet Card. This PCIe NIC delivers four independent 1 GbE connections in a single card, enabling versatile network topologies, simplified cable management, and improved throughput for virtualization hosts, storage servers, and high-demand workstations. Built on Intel’s trusted I350 technology and engineered for PCI Express 2.1 x4, the I350-T4 combines reliability, efficiency, and expandability for demanding IT environments that require scalable connectivity without compromising system resources.

  • Four-port flexibility for scalable networks: The I350-T4 brings four RJ-45 Ethernet ports onto one PCIe card, allowing you to segment traffic across separate networks, connect multiple servers or devices, or dedicate different workloads to distinct interfaces. This is ideal for small data centers, home labs, and business environments where you need to consolidate network hardware while maintaining clear, isolated pathways for management, storage, and application traffic.
  • High-speed, auto-negotiating connections per port: Each port supports 10/100/1000 Mbps with auto-negotiation, providing seamless compatibility with legacy devices while delivering full 1 GbE performance where required. The result is reliable, consistent throughput across diverse equipment, enabling fast file transfers, smooth backups, and responsive remote access without manual reconfiguration.
  • Efficient data transfer with PCIe x4 bandwidth: This NIC uses a PCI Express 2.1 x4 interface and offers up to approximately 2000 MB/s of system bus bandwidth. That generous bus capacity reduces bottlenecks when moving large files, streaming data, or performing VM migrations, helping to keep host CPUs free for running workloads rather than handling network I/O.
  • Intel I350-T4 technology with enterprise-grade features: The Intel I350 family is renowned for stability under load and support for advanced offloads. Expect features such as TCP/UDP offloads, VLAN offload, and Receive-Side Scaling (RSS) to improve multi-threaded network processing. NIC teaming (802.3ad), large send/receive offloads (LSO/LRO), and robust error handling contribute to lower CPU utilization and better performance in virtualization and multi-VM environments.
  • Wide compatibility and easy deployment: Engineered for interoperability with major operating systems and virtualization platforms, the I350-T4 works with Windows, Linux, VMware, and other popular stacks. Driver availability from Intel ensures ongoing updates and compatibility with security and performance enhancements, making it a practical choice for servers, storage appliances, and network appliances that demand dependable, easy-to-manage connectivity.

How to install HP Intel I350-T4 Gigabit Ethernet Card

Adding the HP Intel I350-T4 to your system is a straightforward upgrade that unlocks four fast Ethernet connections without needing additional cards or complex configuration. Follow these steps to install the card securely and ensure optimal performance:

Before you begin, power down the computer, unplug the power cord, and discharge any static electricity. Ground yourself by touching a metal surface or using an anti-static strap to protect sensitive components.

Open the computer case and locate a free PCIe x4 slot on the motherboard. If your system includes a dedicated PCIe slot close to the chipset or storage controller, this is often the best option for performance and bandwidth isolation.

Insert the HP I350-T4 card firmly into the PCIe x4 slot. Apply gentle, even pressure until the card seats securely and the latch mechanism catches. If your chassis uses a screw-in bracket, fasten the card to the case with a single screw to stabilize it.

Replace the case cover and reconnect all cables. Boot the system and enter the operating system. In most cases, the card will be detected automatically, and Windows or Linux will install a basic driver set. If prompted, point the OS to the Intel driver package appropriate for your version of Windows or Linux.

Install or update drivers as needed. For Windows environments, install the Intel NIC drivers for the I350-T4 to enable full offloads and features. On Linux, ensure the appropriate kernel modules are loaded (often provided by the distribution or via Intel’s driver packages). If you are using a virtualization platform (VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM), configure the NICs accordingly and leverage NIC teaming, VLANs, or SR-IOV if supported by your hardware and software stack.

Test connectivity across all four ports by connecting network cables to each RJ-45 port and performing speed tests or internal traffic tests. Verify that each port negotiates at the expected speed and that any NIC teaming or VLAN configurations are functioning as intended. Consult your network administrator or documentation for advanced features such as VLAN tagging, teaming policies, or virtualization offloads to tailor the card’s behavior to your environment.

A paradigm-shifting guide to an energetic, co-creative universe
Format: Paperback
In A New Force, Dana Kippel masterfully challenges the materialist worldview most of us were taught and introduces a far deeper understanding of reality as an energetic, plasma-based universe. She doesn’t just offer theory—she provides a practical framework for understanding where we actually live: an interactive field that responds to our thoughts, emotions, and intentions. This book transformed how I understand God, Source, or consciousness—not as something distant or abstract, but as a living, responsive force we can consciously co-create with. Reading it once felt like only scratching the surface. I can already tell this is a book I’ll be studying for years as I continue to release old materialist programming and step into the co-creative potential of life itself. This is more than a book—it’s a doorway into a new way of living and relating to reality. In my view, it’s one of the foundational texts for those helping to build what many call the New Earth.

Influencers writing books...
Format: Paperback
First off, if you really want to read a great book on plasma and consciousness, read Robert Temple - A New Science of Heaven. Everything is in there. Extremely well written and easy to follow. Less than half the price too for an actual book. If you then go with that understanding into the peruvian jungle you'll be fine. Now, this one here is a different matter altogether: Format 650+ pages(!) of poorly formatted and poorly written text. The book is physically humongous too! Why? Constant text breaks and list type snippets make it hardly readable. This whole package could have been packed into half the amount of book. More is not better in this instance. Flow and framing is bad and superficial. It feels and reads like she is just listing things like in a high school essay rather than actually exploring the topic. Reminds me of internet bros that create these lists of stuff and think by just collecting and listing things, meaning and relevance emerges automatically. It doesn't. A good book knows flow and framing and takes the reader by the hand- not just stating or claiming things without proper context, real proof and relatability. Relevance Why is she in a position to talk about plasma and consciousness? She had a difficult life and then meditated twice(!) and all of a sudden she is an expert on plasma consciousness? No framing in any of the chapters. Just blank statements and made up words that she trademarked. Not only one but at least three! How does she know these things? No personal examples or believable context. She basically says "here x-person said this - now I say that" Why? no one knows. Where is the proof and experience in what she says? It's just loosely collected snippets of words and sentences that lack context and relevance. Example: The Kordilevksy clouds are located at the lagrange L4 and L5 points. No explanation what that really is. I'm sure most readers are not familiar with lagrange points. Or, anyone know what Tubulin Dimers are? What Dipoles are? "The sun maintains structural and rhythmic coherence via electromagnetic resonance" Really? How? why? Ah yes ,that explains and equates naturally with "when thoughts and emotions align, you enter a flow state" sure. ok. if you say so. Tons of examples like this. Finally, apart form generic templates, simple "pay attention to this type exercises" and archetypal concepts and pretty meaningless 3d,4d 5d nomenclature, it completely lacks a "how to". How can one become a plasma being? Like, actually in real life? How does a life look like that is lived as a fully conscious and aware plasma consciousness? I guess I need to go onto her website and buy some of these trademarked programs. Mabye, there is a reason why sages over the millennia have dedicated entire lifetimes to fashioning themselves and learning about themselves and their plasma beingness? If this was instagram easy through 2 meditations I'd like to know THAT secret. The sages of old have gone through long and arduous journeys to completely transform themselves and their bodies with years of yoga, qigong and psychedelics aka alchemy into said plasma beings. Some very few and far between just struck by cosmic plasma consciousness without really doing much. However, I don't find the evidence for either process having taken place with the author. Conclusion Overall, this book is a pretend in my opinion. She hides behind empty words that create the appearance of knowingness without being accurate, in-depth and in-detail, based on her own actual experiences with the matter. Fast social media marketing with typically inflated prices for low quality content, because "they are worth it".
