On the lid, there is a plastic loop with rubber lining on the inside to make it easy to carry, or to put a carabiner or string/rope through. Eliminated continual bad breath and some thrush
I’ll keep this short - I’ve had oral thrush since taking antibiotics years ago. My breath was always good though so I never cared much (though I do eat probiotic-rich foods whenever I can).
