The Brooklyn Bridge, New York- The weather in New York was bitterly cold when we were there, but the warmth of the city made up for it's unwelcoming weather. Gabby and I spent 5 days exploring this beautiful city, trying to find original angles while also photographing icons like the Brooklyn Bridge. While photographing the bridge, it was a bitter 28 degrees and the wind was howling, which made for interesting photography conditions. Driving up from Florida we hadn't packed for the severe cold front that came in, so we picked up several scarves from street vendors and completely wrapped ourselves in them. Between our beanies, sweatshirts, and scarves, we could hardly see out from behind our clothing. We were freezing, but after coming down off of the bridge, we walked into a shop and were treated to the most decadent cups of hot chocolate we had ever had.
