Background

PTK2B (also known as PYK2, FAK2, or RAFTK) is a cytoplasmic protein tyrosine kinase encoded by the PTK2B gene on 8p21.2 that belongs to the focal adhesion kinase (FAK) subfamily; it functions as a calcium-sensitive signaling hub, undergoing rapid tyrosine phosphorylation and activation in response to elevated intracellular Ca²⁺, nicotinic acetylcholine receptor stimulation, membrane depolarization or PKC activation, and it transduces these stimuli into downstream MAPK cascades and neuronal activity modulation by physically coupling neuropeptide or neurotransmitter receptors to CRK-associated substrate, nephrocystin, the FAK-associated GTPase regulator, GRB2-SH2, and numerous other partners including BCAR1, Cbl, paxillin and Src. More recently PTK2B has been shown to promote antiviral innate immunity by interacting with and phosphorylating TBK1 at Tyr591 to enhance TBK1 oligomerization, while also augmenting STING oligomerization through a kinase-independent mechanism, thereby potentiating STING-TBK1 signaling.

This book is for everyone
Format: Kindle
Wealth of information wonderful advice to implement into your trusts and protect your assets. Chapter 2 was most helpful. This chapter covers many different trusts some I have never heard of . The chapter starts off with a quote “ You have to make sure that your assets and your back are protected before you make any big decisions.” Adam Rich. This chapter explains what a trust is. The trust involves three key roles. The grantor, the trustee and the beneficiary. Covers pro and cons of setting up a trust. Explains about revocable and irrevocable trusts. Two trusts that caught my interest are special needs trusts and Medicaid trusts very interesting reads. So much more I only touch on a little. Very good read very informative.

Clear and Useful Asset Protection
Format: Kindle
I’ve been looking for ways to protect my assets better and plan for the future, and this book provided exactly what I needed. It breaks down trusts, tax-saving strategies, and legal protections in a way that makes sense, even if you’re not a financial expert. I found the section on real estate especially helpful, and I now feel more confident about securing my investments. This book is an excellent resource if you want to safeguard your wealth without getting lost in legal jargon!

Great for sensitive skin!
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 12)
We absolutely love these water wipes! They’re so gentle on my baby’s skin and have never caused any irritation or redness. I love that they’re mostly water and don’t have a strong smell or harsh ingredients. They’re soft but still durable enough to clean really well without falling apart. I also appreciate that they don’t feel overly wet or soapy just clean and simple. These have become our go-to wipes, especially for sensitive skin. If you’re looking for something gentle, effective, and safe for your little one, I definitely recommend these!

Gentle and Simple Ingredients
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 5)
I’ve tried what feels like every brand of baby wipes out there, and WaterWipes have honestly stood out the most for us. What I love right away is how simple they are just water-based and minimal ingredients, which made me feel a lot better about using them on my baby’s sensitive skin, especially during those early months when everything seemed to cause irritation. We’ve used them for diaper changes, messy feedings, sticky hands, and even quick face cleanups, and they’ve held up really well. They’re gentle but still effective, which I didn’t always expect from a “clean” wipe. Some natural wipes I’ve tried in the past felt too dry or didn’t clean well enough, but these strike a really nice balance. I also appreciate that they don’t have a strong scent. It’s just clean and subtle, which is perfect when you’re changing multiple diapers a day and don’t want anything overwhelming. My baby’s skin has stayed calm with them, no redness or reactions, which has been a huge relief. You get a lot for the price too.
