Handcrafted and TIG welded with precision in the USA, this heat exchanger features a purpose-built 42mm PWR core, designed to keep the intake air temperatures (IAT’s) lower, giving you more power. Engineered with rolled dimple tubes coupled with Hemmed & Louvered R-Fins, this heat exchanger has been designed with technology that has been race and street proven around the world.
The PWR CTS-V Heat Exchanger is designed to fit seamlessly in the stock location, without requiring any modifications. The heat exchanger tucks back under the core support between the radiator and core support top plastic cover. It uses factory hoses and clamps, as well as factory mounting hardware, making installation a breeze. Plus, with the included Brown & Miller hose and bleeder, servicing the cooling system is easy without having to remove the front end.
