ANSWER: YES! These are standard WAV IR's that don't require anything but a simple IR loader.
FAQ: What the difference between v1 and v2
ANSWER: I created the v1 IR's for use with my tube amps. The v2 IR's were made to sit better with software amp sims. BUT, as luck would have it, they ALSO sound great with my tube amps :)
FAQ: With so many IR's, where do I start?
ANSWER: I totally understand. With this pack, I wanted to make it straight forward an simple. Start with one of my favorites. OR, if you love swapping out IR's and trying a bunch, I've included more IR's. BUT, I could easily handle most of my guitar cab IR needs with any of these favorites:
- UPDATE- BHG 412 GB V30 Blend
This IR is a blend of the 20w Greenback with some V30 blended in. A solid midrange with a satisfying bottom end and open top end. This is one of my favorite IR's
-BHG 412 V30 Greenback Blend IR
A rare Marshall 1984B Bass with a blend of 20w Greenback and Vintage 30. SM57 on each speaker, with an additional R-121 on another Greenback blended in. API preamps. This is my favorite IR for more agressive rock. The V30 and Greenback compliment each other, while the extra R-121 mic adds a deeper bottom end and extended top end. (I used this on the BadCat demo)
-BHG 412 2 Greenbacks IR
Rare Marshall 1984B Bass with a blend of two 20w Greenbacks. SM57 on each speaker into API preamps. This is my #1 goto IR. 20w Greenbacks are my favorite, and micing two of them and blending creates a punchy full bodied but classic tone. (I used this on the Soldano pedal playthrough demo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1NAM-HJkWw&t=2s)
-BHG V30 VaiCab API
Steve Vai’s classic touring cab from the late 80’s. Vintage 30 mic’d with a SM57 into API preamps. I love this IR for leads. This IR is in the v2 folder. It's a new capture that is thicker and fatter. You can see the story of the cab here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DCjXKKvlY2o&t=100s)

good for non-white skin
Scent: Fragrance Free, Size: 1.7 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Moisturizing, non-sticky, works for my sensitive skin. It's transparent and doesn't leave a white cast on my light brown skin. Smallish size is good for travel and purse. It's a little shiny; wish it came in matte.

Very effective

I love this sunscreen for your face. It doesn’t feel oily. It doesn’t stay white on your skin. It absorbs and it really protects it nicely. I put it on every morning before I walk my dog in the sun and I’m out for normally at least an hour so it’s a really nice sunscreen and I would definitely give it a try.

Lightweight, clean, and effective — worth the repurchase

This is my go-to daily sunscreen. It’s lightweight, non-greasy, and absorbs quickly without leaving a white cast. I love that it’s made with clean ingredients and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. The white tea scent is subtle and fresh. I’ve repurchased this several times now — it’s one of the few sunscreens I actually enjoy using.

Great replacement for my discontinued Epionce sunblock
Scent: White Tea, Size: 1.7 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I really hate it when companies discontinue great products, and even though it cost a fortune, I loved the Epionce mineral sun block for faces. When I realized it was gone, I looked at the Coola line because I like their other products. Found this face sunblock for $32 (this could be 1/3 of the Epionce, certainly 1/2) and have used it for the past few weeks playing golf. So far, so good! I'm not noticing any color, certainly no burn. No irritation, and the scent is quite mild, only noticeable when it's first applied (IMO, and I'm pretty sensitive to scents). I really like that Coola has the Hawaii reef-safe designation, which I think is very important for all sunscreens, even when we're not going swimming in the ocean. As a friend pointed out to me once, even if you don't swim in the ocean, you go home and take a shower and all those chemicals wash down the drain and make their way eventually through the system, so might as well just not use them in the first place! Yes, it's more expensive using products like this, but IMO it's worth it. I also wear sun sleeves these days so I don't have to use as much sunscreen when I'm out on the golf course. Editing this to say that this product has avobenzone, which is actually not so great and may be banned in Hawaii by next year. Hmm. Guess I'll keep searching!

Favorite SPF
Size: 6 Fl Oz (Pack of 2)
This is the only sunscreen my family and I use now. We’re really sensitive to heavily fragranced sunscreens, so finding one that’s fragrance-free and still works well has been important for us.
I like that it sprays on easily, feels lightweight, and doesn’t leave us feeling overly greasy or sticky afterward. It’s become our go-to for beach days, travel, sports, and everyday sun protection.
I also appreciate the cleaner ingredient profile and that it’s vegan and dermatologist tested. A lot of sunscreens tend to irritate my skin or give me headaches from the strong scent, but this one has worked really well for our family without those issues.
Simple, effective, and one of those products we consistently repurchase year after year.
