Depending on the availability of woods, your cuatro will be produced with either mahogany/teak soundboard or acacio/nazareno fretboard.

The cuatro is shipped from Colombia as soon the order is received; master musician Edward Ramirez (C4 Trio) inspects each unit before personally sending them to their final destination anywhere in the United States or Europe.  Shipping times are of an estimated 5 to 10 business days.

Do I receive the exact same instrument as depicted in the picture?

Master Edward Ramirez controls the quality process and selects instruments by their quality of construction but also by their uniqueness.  Not all woods are cut the same way, thus, you will not receive the exact same instrument, but an instrument likely to be very close to the one depicted in the picture.

Do I have to pay duty fees?

Depending on the internal regulations of your country, you can be notified by the duty police about an additional duty fee payment, which will be due at the moment the package is delivered to you. El cuatro puede venir en dos variaciones dependiendo de las maneras disponibles, con Golpeador de caoba o teca o Trastera de corazón de Acacio o de Nazareno.

El Cuatro es enviado desde Bogotá, Colombia; el músico Edward Ramirez maneja todos los preparativos del despacho. Se recibe en 5 a 10 días hábiles en cualquier dirección en Norte América o Europa.
