Miroslav Philharmonik 2 offers a massive range of instruments that have each been recorded with jaw dropping level of detail. Its solo and ensemble instruments come with a treasure chest full of useful articulations that go far beyond the standard sustained, staccato and pizzicato.
In the established Miroslav style, these instruments are full of emotion and musicality. These are NOT static, generic acoustic instrument samples. With Miroslav Philharmonik 2, you get not only the sounds, but also the passion of a composer and his musicians who have spent their whole lives mastering their craft as living, breathing fine art.
Each of its instruments have been captured in glorious stereo audio at the prestigious CNSO Orchestra Studios in Prague, home of the Czech National Symphony Orchestra and a space that's been used for recording by such legends as Andrea Bocelli, Ennio Morricone, Lalo Schifrin and, of course, Miroslav Vitous himself.
Every new sample has been expertly recorded and optimized for playback from a keyboard " they"ve all been hand edited and voiced by musicians so they retain that same emotional and musical characteristics and quality that made the original Miroslav Philharmonik such a mainstay classic.

Effortless articulation
Each instrument type starts with one go-to instrument " a master key switching instrument " that most composers will reach for when building their compositions and arrangements. This instrument contains all of the most used articulations for the instrument type for use in a single part with all its articulations instantly accessible from the keyboard so you can switch articulations on the fly " from sustained to detache, staccato, legato, pizzicato or any number of other musical articulations without leaving the main instrument or needing to load individual articulations. (Of course, all the individual articulations are also available as separate additional instruments for composers who prefer to work that way instead!). The mallet instruments have been recorded using different types of mallets to give you more tonal flexibility. The piano's soundboard has been modeled to allow for an amazing playing experience with stunning acoustic realism.

Labs love this!!!

Our Lab LOVES everything about this thing! Recommend getting extra durable balls as the 1 included fell apart in 1 hour. I have a very energetic Lab retriever that we have to force to stop playing ball so he does not overheat. That & the force with which you can throw this ball did not help keeping it from splitting it in 2 in less than 1 hour.
This is worth the money for the extra throwing power & distance but do invest in the ULTRA strong ball for dogs like retrievers! Also, be sure to order the correct SIZE OF BALL, specific to each different size of throwing wand.
My fav thing about this item is #1 the joy my dog gets from the new challenge of racing to catch longer throws, & #2 I don't have to get my hands covered in dog slobber!!
He has gotten to where he can almost put it in the cup himself so I won't waste time throwing the ball again!

Must-Have for Active Dogs!

The Chuckit Sport 26L Dog Ball Launcher has been a game-changer for my large dog! My 80-pound Labrador loves to play fetch, and this launcher makes it so much easier and more enjoyable for both of us.
The 26” length gives me the leverage to throw the ball much farther than I could by hand, which really helps burn off my dog’s energy. The included large ball (3”) is the perfect size for big dogs, and I appreciate that it’s made from durable rubber, so it withstands a lot of chewing and rough play.
What I really love is that the launcher is so lightweight and easy to use. I can play fetch with my dog for extended periods without my arm getting tired. The ergonomic handle also provides a comfortable grip, which is a nice touch.
If you have a large, active dog, the Chuckit Sport 26L is a must-have. It’s well-made, durable, and makes fetch more fun for both you and your dog. Highly recommend!

I recommend using the KONG Extreme Dog Toy

Helpful for throwing as much as my dog wants to fetch. I actually had to get a cortisone injection in my shoulder a few months after getting my dog - never had a dog with this much energy before! The Chuckit really helps.
Downside: The ball that comes with it is larger than a tennis ball, so may be too much for smaller doge. I can't imagine my sister-in-law's french bulldog carrying it! Also, in our house it gets destroyed within minutes, as my dog is a strong chewer. For this situation, I recommend using the KONG Extreme Dog Toy, Black, size Large.
This is shaped sort of like a snowman, which means it bounces unpredictably at times. My dog eventually chews the "head" off of this toy, but the remaining 2/3 still fits in the Chuckit (and is actually easier to throw with the "head" missing!). One caveat: the KONG is significantly heavier than the ball included with the Chuckit, so be aware of that...
Also, we ordered our first Chickit in October 2015, then needed to replace it in May of 2017, as it broke. I think the plastic became brittle over that time, as we left it out in the sun & rain in Florida. Since it is cheap to replace, that's not a big deal. (We ordered three Kong toys over that same period of time!)
To summarize, it's a very helpful tool to get the ball further, faster, with less strain, than without it. Knowing there are alternatives to the included ball for heavy chewers makes it worthwhile.
