Loading Concentrates

To load your concentrates, remove the magnetic mouthpiece and use the included dab tool to place your material into the concentrate chamber. Avoid overloading to ensure proper airflow and even vaporization. Once loaded, reattach the magnetic mouthpiece, and you're ready to dab.

Loading Dry Herbs

Start by removing the Flex’s magnetic mouthpiece to access the dry herb chamber. Clear out any leftover material before gently packing in your fresh dry herbs. For the best vapor production, avoid overpacking or compressing too tightly, allowing for proper airflow. Once filled, secure the mouthpiece, and you’re set to enjoy.

Using the Flex in Concentrate Mode

Turn on your device by pressing the power button five times in a row. Make sure the Concentrate Chamber is installed—if the Dry Herb Chamber is in, swap it out before proceeding. The Flex offers two dabbing modes:

• Manual Mode: Hold the power button to instantly heat and inhale, with a 15-second limit before an automatic cutoff.
• Pre-Heat Mode: Double-press the power button to begin a 3-second pre-heat countdown. Once heated, the device vibrates once, signaling it's ready for 13 seconds of consistent heat for smooth, potent draws.

Using the Flex in Dry Herb Mode

To activate Dry Herb Mode, press the power button five times. Double-press to begin a 20-second pre-heat cycle. When ready, the Flex vibrates twice, indicating it's in warm mode for three minutes—giving you ample time for relaxed, consistent draws or sharing with friends. Once the session ends, the device vibrates once and returns to standby mode. To power off, press the button five times.
