Background

Homogeneous Immuno Chemiluminescence Assay (HICA) is a homogeneous immunoassay method based on energy transfer between donor beads and acceptor beads at close proximity, resulting in luminescence.

Donor beads recognize Protein 1 (Tag1 label), while Acceptor beads recognize Protein 2 (Tag2 label). When Protein 1 binds to Protein 2, the distance between the beads becomes less than 200nm. Upon excitation at 680nm, the donor beads generate singlet oxygen, which diffuses to the acceptor beads. The acceptor beads then undergo a redox reaction, emitting light at 615nm. The signal intensity is proportional to the strength of the protein interaction.

This product features a simple operation process, requires no washing, and offers high speed and sensitivity. It can detect weak interactions.

Guidelines

1. This experiment is light-sensitive; ensure all operations are performed in the dark. It is recommended to conduct preparation, sample loading, and incubation under green light (illuminance below 100 LUX). 2. This product is compatible with multi-mode microplate readers equipped with an Alpha detection module. 3. Vortex thoroughly before use, or briefly centrifuge (2000×g, 5–10 seconds) to ensure complete sample retrieval. 4. It is recommended to use the accompanying dilution buffer for reagent preparation and sample dilution. If additional components are required, they can be directly added to this buffer. 5. To ensure comparability of experimental data across different batches, strictly control incubation temperature and duration. 6. Avoid generating bubbles during sample loading.

Cover too loose.
Size: 300A Fuse Holder
Nice looking, decent quality, versatile for different gauges. My only complaint with this holder is the cover doesn’t stay on very well, bought 3, and all 3 pop off easily, you will need to zip tie on.

Great quality! Sounds great and we’ll built!
I’ve owned a couple of these larger Bluetooth “party” speakers and this is by far the best sounding and well built one I’ve owned. The last one I bought was made by Ion and was much larger, but I think this one sounds WAY better and just looks and feels like quality. The Ion just felt cheap and it died just after the warranty period (of course) It wouldn’t power up anymore even when plugged into a wall outlet. The light show is killer in this if you’re out by the pool at night. I almost forgot to mention, this thing is very lightweight, so easy to carry around. It’s a winner.

Highs Muddled (XL)
As much as I wanted to love the new Klipsch party speakers, there are better options. I purchased this with the JBL Encore Essential (which you can pick up for fifty bucks less right now), and the JBL won, hands down. Even the heft and finishes of the JBL are superior. Both speakers are approximately equally loud. However, the JBL had boomier and punchier bass, with twice the number of boost options (2 vs 1) as the Klipsch. But the Klipsch really struggled with the highs with its one teeter - the smaller, doubled tweeters of the JBL are immensely cleaner and clearer. Long story short, as much as I wanted this speaker to be awesome, Klipsch leaves a lot to be desired here compared to JBL.
